Privacy Policy

Cash Raja ("we", "us", the "app") lets you earn coins through games, offers, and rewarded ads, and redeem those coins for gift cards. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

Who can use Cash Raja

Cash Raja is intended only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the app; if we learn we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it.

Data we collect

• Google account details (your email address, display name, and Google profile ID) when you sign in with Google. This identifies your account and enforces one account per person.
• Device identifiers and a device fingerprint, used to prevent multi-accounting and fraud.
• Your IP address, collected server-side from your requests, used for coarse location (country) and fraud/velocity checks.
• Your coin ledger and in-app activity (offers completed, ads watched, games played, redemptions requested) — the core record that powers your balance and rewards.
• Advertising identifiers and SDK-specific IDs required by our advertising and offerwall partners to attribute your reward activity.

We do not collect your phone number, home address, bank or payment details, or any government ID. The Google-only, gift-card-only design keeps the data we hold deliberately narrow.

How we use your data

• To run the core product: crediting coins, tracking your balance, and delivering gift-card redemptions.
• To prevent fraud and abuse: device fingerprinting, IP checks, and server-side verification of every reward.
• To show and attribute ads and offers through our partner networks.
• To understand engagement and improve the app.

Data we share

• We share advertising identifiers and device identifiers with our advertising and offerwall partners (for example Google AdMob and similar ad-mediation and offerwall networks) so your reward activity can be attributed and paid out. Each partner handles that data under its own privacy policy.
• We share the minimum information needed with gift-card fulfilment providers to deliver a redemption you request.
• We may disclose information where required by law.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

• We keep your account data for as long as your account is active.
• If your account becomes inactive, we remove or anonymise personal data after 24 months of inactivity.
• Issued gift-card codes are purged once delivery is confirmed and any dispute window has passed.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. Because your coin ledger is also a financial and anti-fraud record, we anonymise your personal details (email, name, device identifiers) in place rather than erasing the ledger outright. After deletion your sessions end and your Google account is unlinked. You may also request deletion by emailing support.cashraja@gmail.com.

Your choices

You can manage ad personalisation through your device's advertising settings, and you can stop all data collection by deleting your account.

Security

We use TLS for all traffic, verify Google sign-in tokens server-side, encrypt sensitive data (such as gift-card codes) at rest, and restrict admin access by role. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
